Need some advice dealing with Microsoft.

I bought this game "Warp" today not realizing the PC release date was not the same as the Xbox release date for the game. The actually release date for Warp on PC is march,13. I go to the games for windows live market place but was directed from there too the Xbox Marketplace where they appears to have taken over all functions of the Windows MRKTPLC. I purchased 800MP (Microsoft Points) to get the downloadable game. I then get a msg telling me when I can download this title to me Xbox(I don't have one). Obviously I speak with customer service claiming I didn't realize it was only for Xbox currently but on the 13th the PC version would come out and I asked if my purchase could be transferred to that but I was given no help.

Am I just shit out of luck? Its a $9.99 downloadable game so not a big deal but I would rather not pay it again.

Probably out of luck as it seems Microsoft typically has shit customer service.

call them, tell them to refund the cash or simply do a chargeback

They told me, "no refunds" its in the fine print. what do you mean by chargeback?
