The vascoconstriction is very real and not much different than what can happen on high dose LSD.

NBOMEs may become extremely prevalent, but LSD will endure as it is more than just a pretty light show.

i'm reading online that aspirin is actually a vascoconstricter as well and taking it with amphetamines such as adderall is even worse for you than taking adderall itself because of this

wtf aspirin u let me down

just saw this on a forum I visit:

Quote:
NBOMe compounds are not allowed to be offered on this forum and the enforcement of this rule will begin to be stepped up. Report any posts you see of these compounds being offered and let them know it's against the rules publicly. 2C-E and 2C-D are also not allowed as the DEA has taken the position that they do not fall under the analogue act, but the Controlled Substanced Act as Schedule I isomers (controlled under Schedule I authority by definition).

That sucks. I used to have a website that was 30/g for nbome but don't remember it. Does anyone know how to lay nbome blotter?

I use a Gilson pipette and it doesn't get easier than that.

Are you talking about the forum which went invite only recently? If so let's hope that now that they aren't public they'll go back on their NBOMe decision.

I heard of the 30 usd per gram but I never saw anything under 100usd (which is still one hell of a deal...)

There's some good info on how to lay blotters. Look up how to lay LSD, it's the same procedure (right?) and be careful!

I didn't even bother reading how to lay blotters. Just got some info on the NBOMe solubility and that was it. It appears kinda obvious to me

Yes, but that post about nbome/2c-e is less than two weeks old. I only see one vendor with nbome at 100 and that will probably disappear soon. If only I had a hundred bucks...

I guess it depends on if he wants to make sheets or just a few hits.

Yeah I think that's the one. They went private about the same time as they changed the rule.

I guess one thing that I wouldn't want would be for NBOMe solution to spill over and get absorbed by surrounding hits if it was on perforated blotter paper. So either make individual hits which is really straightforward or use a tracer dye if you're worried about spill over.

Not sure if this was what he meant, but a quick Google search brought me to this;
http://circ.ahajournals.org/content/87/2/583

Quote:
Effect of aspirin on coronary collateral blood flow

JD Altman, D Dulas, T Pavek and RJ Bache
Department of Medicine, University of Minnesota Medical School, Minneapolis 55455.

BACKGROUND. Although aspirin exerts beneficial antiplatelet activity in patients with coronary artery disease, cyclooxygenase blockade produced by aspirin causes a potentially deleterious effect by interrupting endothelial production of prostacyclin. Collateral vessels that develop in response to coronary occlusion display prominent endothelial cell proliferation and undergo vasoconstriction in response to indomethacin. This study was performed to test the hypothesis that cyclooxygenase blockade with aspirin would cause constriction of coronary collateral vessels and that such vasoconstriction would be reversed with nitroglycerin...
RESULTS
Blockade of cyclooxygenase with even low- dose aspirin caused collateral vessel constriction with a decrease in collateral blood flow. However, nitroglycerin was able to fully reverse aspirin-induced collateral vasoconstriction and restore flow to the control level.

I was thinking of laying out a sheet, possibly a few.

Depends on what you are taking the aspirin for.  Aspirin still is one of the more benign ways of interfering with platelet aggregation, a prime cause of acute myocardial infarction (heart attack) and cerebro-vascular accidents (stroke).
