Honestly your gif isn't bad at all. I haven't blocked it cause it doesn't slow my phone down at all. It's only certain ones. I wouldn't change it if I where you.

All my phone really does is not load the gifs right away. It's no big deal. I can just turn off the gif option on my phone so gifs are just a still image if I wanted.

Not a big deal what so ever.
