Cost of a "Thumbprint" of acid

Hi everyone, i have been lurking on the forums for a little bit now and decided to finally make an account. I am new to the world of acid, having only done it 4 times and am trying to learn everything i can about it. I recenelty learned what a thumbprint was and it sounds like an absolutley amazing experience i would like to try someday. from all the reading ive been doing on it, it seems fairly uncommon to find unless you know or are apart of a "family".

my question is, what would the street cost of something like this cost? i mean, if im paying $20 for something around 200-300 mics, what would a thumbprint of some 100,000 mics cost? its understandable to get it for cheap/free if you are apart of a family, but as time gets further and further away from the era of hippies and touring, it seems pretty impossimple for a 19 year old college student to find any families. thanks for any info! i look forward to learning alot from this website :laugh:

EDIT: to people thinking i want to go from 4 trips to a thumbprint, read what i said, i want to try it "SOMEDAY" i never said right now...

Oregon is a good location. Come out to some festivals this summer in our awesome state. Acid heads don't bite in my experience.

if you wanted to buy a whole gram on the other hand and do it yourself, that would be possible and you could probably do it for under 5 grand.

head to the oregon country fair, stay at the darling family reunion campground.  talk to people.

If you live in oregon and you are looking for bulk acid, this is the CENTER of the scene, and one of the largest hubs for LSD distribution on the west coast.

Why people want to take doses of psychadelics that are so high you either black out OR end up in a hospital is beyond me. 4 lsd trips is hardly enough experience to ready yourself for a thumbprint IMO. PLUS I doubt you will ever find the connection for that much at an affordable pric or someone foolish enough to give someone so new to the scene that type of dose.

I would suggest rather than ending up in a hospital or worse you try some ayahuasca or cactus you know get your feet wet a little.

Sorry for coming off like a dick but its your type if thinking that gets you on the news and makes for more bad press

That's just it when you make it yourself or a super good friend does the cost is zero to nil.

i never once said i was going to take it tomorrowir anything. i said im new and would like to try it "SOMEDAY", not any time soon. from everything that i have been reading that Chinacat72 has written, it sounds like a very life changing experience that i would like to someday partake in in the future

they don't.  the thumbprint isn't a common thing to do, and is (to my understanding) a rite of initiation into some families, rather than a habitual thing.

I highly doubt giving thumbprints away is common these days, it probably doesn't really happen at all.  That shit was only really popular in the 60's/70's.  Who knows though. There may still be some chemists working with whats left of the dead/rainbow family.

No not chemistry circles but they were and probably to some degree still are affiliated with the creation and distribution of LSD and other hallucinogens.

People who are so into LSD as to devote a large portion of their time/effort distributing it.

these people usually have some sort of religious or spiritual beliefs about LSD, and don't see it as a recreational thing.

They are, i guess you would say, the "top tier" of lsd distributors. 

some LSD is made in small clandestine labs around the country, but for the most part, it almost all comes out of northern california and the people involved (I would imagine except the cooks and the bulk dealers) pretty much know eachother or at least know OF eachother.

it's interesting, you wouldn't hear of a methamphetamine "family", because meth is a selfish drug that ruins peoples' lives.

the people in LSD families are almost exclusively in it for the right reasons and just want to share the love with as many people as possible.

they did make lsd, great quality too, to put it simple it was a bunch of hippies that were huge lsd enthusiasts that followed the grateful dead on tour and passed out acid to people believing it was a key to peace for humanity and to become a part of it you'd have to take a thumbprint. Somethin along those lines. someone add in if I'm bein to blunt about it.
