worst thread... seriously no one would carry a sheet in their pocket that wasnt wrapped super tightly in tin foil...
maybe the dude did take a bunch of acid and tweaked out... but i highly doubt it happend the way you said

skeptical much. Is it really THAT hard to believe that someone, would carry acid on there person, outdoors, and get wet?

Eh, I call bullshit on this whole thing. I doubt it would fuck him up permanently.
My dad worked with a guy that was in Vietnam a while ago. The dude also did acid heavily in his youth. While at work one day the guy was in his office and all of a sudden everybody heard this blood curdling scream. When they ran to his office to see what was up the guy was going insane. Apparently having a flashback of some sort. He killed himself the next day.
