Um all the Morel areas in my state are covered by several inches of snow at least and most places by several feet of snow. you in the southern hemisphere OP? also, enjoy them bro!

Depending on the season, 15-20lb. I only do it when I absoluety cannot locate any. Ill spend 9 hours a week out during the season. Only snag 3 here and 2 there. Then ill buy up and bread and freeze for future use. Still have some now :lol:

They were getting 30lb here 2 years ago :facepalm: :wtf:

Not having a license has also put a huge damper on finding new locations. I gotta get my girlfriend to go on hikes with me when I go hunting and I can't really hunt how I want to hunt.

I've never really liked hunting with other people.

Yeah my friend bought a dry pound from me for 100 bucks, which is actually a pretty good deal when you think about it...
About 10/lb fresh.

The key to getting like 100 elbows EASY is to take a gps tracker and mark every find on there.... Then its a lot easier than searching for specific dead trees/etc.
