I got it. The guy furthest left loses the top of his hair.. but he gains nothing back. the 'extra' guy is almost entirely on the top half, that moves.. and he gains nothing below the cut. They're each nearly entirely on opposite sides of the cut, and when the two halves are switched neither is matched up with a corrisponding hunk of someone else.. .. and SOMEHOW THAT MAKES IT WORK BUT I DONT KNOW HOW i just know that's gotta be the actual mechanism to it.. if you were to match everything up equal, they'd pair off, but then you'd have some crazy totem-looking freaking thing..

mans yalls explanations dont make sense, they are only your personal explanation, like I told my friend. None the less, none of you can say where he comes from, proven in a scientific maner.

I think #6 has something to do with it.

ok, i figured it out. b4 the pic moves, look at number 10. when it moves, its shoes are halfway cut off, which match up with #3,and #10,being almost a complete body, moves into an empty space, appearing to be whole, when its shoes are not all there

Your right, it seems insignificant but it is not.

no man, we got it.. like three people've posted about it now.. some of the people in that picture don't pick up a top or bottom half from the other people.. and that makes the 'extra' guy. but he's actually just a fraction of a guy, because he's minus the bottom of his shoes.. and the guy on the far left is a fraction too

Yeah, I see the hair and I see where it goes... but, I still don't see how it makes an extra person. Lets see, in one there are 13 heads, and in the other there are 12. Just tell me where to extra head comes from/disappears to and maybe then I can figure it out.
