Yes, that looks like waterdamage and nothing too serious.
Let the mycelium colonize the uncovered parts og the cake in the terrarium and keep an eye on it (since it bears a higher risk of getting contaminated)

Well, i took another look at the pic and 1 thing on the upper left and 1 in the top of the cake (a part that looks grey instead of white just where the cake isnt colonized) could be spiderweb mold.
Theres a similar spot on the lower left of the cake aswell.

Im not sure though..
Keep it under surveilance and hopefully it isnt anything serious..
