you're fine.
condensation is less evident when exterior temps are roughly equal to inside the terrarium.

Right on hippie3, By the way, your post on perlite tek was totally helpful, answered alot of questions. I know alot of peopled kinda snapped at you but I know what you meant. It's just the SPECIFIC method of the perlite tek that you use,like the method you prefer to use, right? I'm pretty sure you didn't mean you INVENTED the perlite tek. thanks for the help.

Those digital guages tend to go crazy when they get water droplets on them or condensation in the batery compartment.

thanx Bomb,anyone know where I can get a good humidity gauge,maybe an analog one? Are they expensive?

correct, overdoser.
you already have one of the best guages available short of a very expensive meteorlogical-type.
no one can accurately measure truly high humidity with a guage, even weathermen.
don't worry about it.
