the wettest year in history (where I hunt)
has treated me well.

Your luteus look like gymnopilus spectabilis, never seen lutes grow in clusters like that.

Fryish, you are right, I meant Chantrelle family, I've been finding a lot of black trumpets, chants, smooth chants, and cinnabarinus.
