Is it jsut me or do these cakes look like they were birthed to early? Should the coat of mycelium be thik or thin as in these pictures?

Thats kinda what I was thinking, but when they were in the jar they looked a little more FULLY colonized, and they both had in vitro showing, so I birthed them.

i can see that you were watching porn on your computer, and yes beer does give ugly people a chance to have sex.. let us know how your cakes went. how long has it been since you birthed your cakes?

I birthed them Sunday, in that picture they had been birthed 4 minutes and 38 seconds, give or take.
