No, more beer and water is, with a dash of advil.
Okay maybe some over medium eggs on top of some biscuits and gravy and hash browns with a dash or 10 of hot sauce along side that beer and water. A cup of coffee doesn't hurt either.

Beer and water then more beer and water, repeat until happy.

A nice crap helps too, that's where the coffee comes in.

once you ar ehung over you're done. no amount of water can save you from the headache and crap feeling once you are dehydrated.  except menudo.
but really anything salty or with othere lectrolytes is the best cure.  But dude Im from SoTex an Menudo isnt just a folk legend hangover cure it really works.

Ah lak livers mmm mmm mmMMMMMMmmmm.... Chicken liver with my special homemade catfish fry-mix sprinkled on and thrown on a grill.... DEEEElicous! Cow livers good too especially grilled with onions, gottamn sun thems sum good fixins

I'll eat any kinda meat I don't give no gottam cept for dicks and testicles... Also intestines and stomachs are a no-go for me.  But I've eaten squirrel brains and chicken hearts and shit like that and while it's not my favorite it certainly isn't bad...  You just gotta know how to cook it properly.

Never tried menudo for a hangover, but it is good stuff a long with a lot of other traditional mexican dishes I wouldnt normally have tried if it wasn't for my good friend from Brownsville
