Ah yes, also I'm a bit unlear on how the pasteurization works: I take mix, put it in a pillow case at heat it in water at 150 degrees for an hour or so? Or do I try to "steam" it somehow?

If you can find Limestone it's a good substitute...grit or flour is good :wink:
