heavy metal, math metal, metalcore, you name it...

i need some new metal to listen to.  heavy, catchy, techincal, groovy riffs and drumming a must. if there are vocals it cant be the cookie monster whitechapel kind of stuff.  a good example of my taste is periphery, the instrumentals and sound is perfect.  i dont necessarily need the singing as opposed to screaming :shrug: the lead singer can get annoying at times

I'm not going to put videos you can look them up yourself, but I highly recommend all these bands.

Nile, Obscura, Arsis, Cannabis Corpse (NOT CANNIBAL), Immortal, Wolves In The Throne Room, ISIS, Bongzilla, Sleep, Irepress, Kylesa, Mastodon, Municipal Waste, Battlemaster, Shrinebuilder, Be'lakor, Cynic, Decapitated, Gojira, Gorod, Darkthrone.

I can think of more later if you want.

nile, wolves in the throne room, ISIS, bongzilla, sleep, mastodon, darkthrone...all good stuff.  more into black metal than anything else.  opeth are good... death metal vocals get old to me.
