As a child, bacon was my ABSOLUTE favorite food.  We would go to Shoney's (breakfast buffet) and I would load up a plate full of bacon,e very time.  Other foods bothered me, i'm a texture eater.



On my 14th birthday, per my request, my mother cooked and served me 2lb (two packages) of Oscar Mayer Center Cut bacon.  Absolute heaven

he butchers his own pigs and sometimes slices it, some times it's whole slabs
he also makes snack sticks and all kinds of sausages, venison, pork, beef, I

in 2008 at Langerado our campsite was next to some crazy Wisconsin kids.  They never shut the fuck up about Bacon Steaks.  Swore they were prevolent all over Wisco.  Ever since, i've been inquiring whenever i see a Wisconsin-native.  I haven't heard anyone reaffirm the Wisco kid's claims.  :frown:


Yes, this was one of them.  What he's holding is what he returned to the campsite with that morning.  He went looking for breakfast.  Came home with a "Dollar bill sandwich necklass" (a hamburger bun with a dollar bill clothespinned to it on a piece of string).  Gotta love wisco kids.
