Pasta stuff is always good.
Get some pasta, some tuna, some eggs, and some mayo.
hardboil the eggs, cook the pasta, squish the tuna dry, mix it all together.
Bout two spoonfuls of mayo/miracle whip per can of tuna.
That's good shit.

Pasta.

Buy bottled sauce, there's usually one on sale, or make your own.

Get some fresh bell peppers and mushrooms and garlic to slice up into your sauce.

Get some ground beef or other protein if you want.

Cook up the meat and add the veggies and some spices. Add the sauce and let it all simmer while the noodles are boiling.
In 15 minutes can make up a batch of deliciousness that will provide several meals for 7 or 8 bucks.

pasta and some fresh boiled shrimp ...add some crab or some type of firm white type fish like baked flounder or fresh speck meat
You can put a small bit of regular campbells mushroom soup to enshure it isnt to dry
Food.com is my favorite place when im trying to prepare some dish im not familiar with
Our Culinary forum has some great `recipes also :smile: :thumbup:
