this little "weird" things are exactly the signs you HAVE TO GO WITH your gut feeling. you cannot say fuck it in this situation. You are looking at big jail time and a fucked up life forever because you sold him hallucinogens (bullshit).

The shit they are saying about not having police reports and charges and all that stuff is exactly how snitch system works. They always have to fiddle with the truth and it doesn't realy make sense.

Don't let yourself get fucked. Tell him you can't do it, and you have deciding hooking people up is a gamble you don't want to take becausae you have friends who got screwed by third parties. "It's not you man, I just really can't do this right now.

"I'ts not worth it for me financially and it's a lot of risk for very little pay off. I'll let you know if it will work out sometime"

So a few months ago, a fellow co-worker (let's call him co-worker A) was at a party that got busted. He said he was facing MIP, Possession of MJ < 1oz. Well we kept asking him for updates, and he would say stuff like "They havn't gotten my police report, I havn't gotten a court date," etc. Me and one of my managers(he deals on the side.. the one who i'm suspicious of.. let's call him co-worker B) found this really unusual.

Well a month or so after co-worker A's bust, he went to co-worker B's house to buy a bag. He did the grab and go. Turned out 'A' started snitching. Ten minutes later, 3 police show up at his house and arrest him for Possession of Marijuana with Intent To Deliver (he had 3oz) and Possession of a Controlled Susbtance (6 oxycontins).

A couple weeks later, co-worker B got out of jail, and he informs me of what happened. A few days later I asked him more about it.. the court date and all that. He says "I don't have my court-date yet, they havn't filed my police report yet.,etc" He's just acting funny now. He's never had any interest in hallucinogens, let alone ask me for any substances, and all the sudden he's asking me for 1oz/fungus. But that's not the only thing. I told him I might be able to get it, and he said out of nowhere "I'd have to come with you just to make sure it's cool, ya know?" (even though I know that he knows nothing about fungus) This is totally out of his character. Also, I'd always be the one to let him know if I needed a bag, and lately he's been asking "You need to re-up?, you good on the herbs?, are you looking for anything?" Again, totally out of character.  He would always, and I'll emphasize "ALWAYS" drop stuff of at work for me, never had a problem with it. Now the last time I asked him for a bag, he's telling me I'd have to meet him somewhere. When I informed him we have the same shift the following day, he said "It just works out better this way man."

It's just really weird. You know when you can feel a different energy from somebody? I do tend to overanalyze things but, I don't know.... can I get some opinions from you guys?

Say no to all of his requests/offers. Find someone else

Well from what i could gather from that story, i would say with 100% certainty he's trying to get you busted.

Definitely be careful around him from now on and i would for sure stop dealing in drugs with this guy in any way.

Don't make it too obvious though that you're avoiding him because of a possible sting.

PUSSY WAY TO DO IT

The MAN'S way would to be to set up a meeting, tell him you'll drive him to the park after work so you can do the deal under the only flickering street light when the crow caws and the moon is full.  When he gets in the car, you cut his neck and kill him. Dump the body at the meeting spot.

if he's an informant, the cops would be watching the meeting, so while you may get a chance to hurt him, you wouldn't get away with it and would probably be gunned down if you started knifing their c.i. in the neck. sage advice otherwise.

Okay I got it. Invite him to your house just to chill. Then cloroform rag him and tie him up in your basement. Proceeed to tourture him to see if he is an informant. If he breaks then you know what you have to do. If hes not then hes free to go. I am sure they will be no hard feelings. Trust me man.

After reading this I have become a little paranoid about this guy who constantly messages me asking for weed on facebook, I knew him from high school.

The weird thing is he always asks me if I can get him weed, when I tell him that I can't find any for myself even, he always replies that he can get it anytime and to let him know if I want some.

In fact as I was writing this post he just messaged me and went through the same bullshit, when I said I didn't want any, he asked me for $30 so that he could buy some for himself and promised to pay me back tomorrow... lol

Now I'm not sure whether he is trying to bust me or just wants to rip me off for my money, either way, I'm not speaking to this fucker anymore.

Anyway though, it has already been said by everyone else but definitely don't deal with this guy regarding anything illegal or anything that could get you in trouble, it is definitely not worth it.

Arbalast, that guy just sounds like a scumbag.

OP, just straight up say you don't want to deal with him in anyway anymore because you think he's an informant.

Sell him 1oz of somekind of regular mushroom for a shitload of money. Mention nothing about it being hallucinogenic or a drug.

not a good idea, if I came to you and asked you to sell me some LSD and you
sell me bunk paper you get the same charge as for selling drugs

Maybe... but maybe not if handled just right.

You tell him that you'll get him those SHITAKE mushrooms for him.... and when you say "shitake" you say it with raised voice and altered inflection, IMPLYING that you're being sarcastic or whatnot, and also, wink as you're saying it....

Then sell him the shitakes for a couple hundred for an ounce, and even if you're being recorded, they don't get you for selling a fake drug, because you verbally told him you were selling shitakes.

It could totally work.

Don't follow this advice.
