Here's the skinny, DELL called today and told me that she had cased two of her cakes Thursday night. She checked on them today and she saw several patches of myc. coming up to the top. She was thinking about patching them today instead of waiting until more start to show through the layer b/c she doesn't want to have overlays laying around everywhere. Any ideas?

She also wanted me to say thanks for all the help you have given her with her questions and easing her worries!!!!!

lol patch what? There isnt anything to be patched there.. looks like it will come thru fairly evenly. You're not gonna get it to come thru exactly at the same time everywhere. It looks good.

i didn't want the myc. to harden. i guess i'm just being super paranoid and with this being my first attempt i am trying to get everything to run smoothly. thanks for replying

Yeah your good to go. The myc wont harden if proper humidity is maintained IME..... Good luck.
