im sure it is saveable, and only time will tell, but you need humidity as close to 100% with condensing water everywhere for easiest pinning, then lower it once you have 1/4" pins. keep light on it and make sure its room temp.

well looks like that hygrometer is accurate enough because you have a little too much humidity and thats why you have mycelium on the stems. when you want to calibrage your hygrometer take a bottle cap and fill it with table salt, then add a couple (2-3) drops of water and seal the cap and the hygro in a ziploc overnight and check it in the morning. it should come out to exactly 75% so if its 50 then just add 25 every time, etc.
