Shroomers of the gulf coast

Hey, i dont think anyone here may remember me, but about a year ago, my friends and i made outr first attempt to grow cubies, the experement went well, thanks to all of your support, i couldnt have done it without yall, special thanks to mushroom john with his helpful tips.
At any rate, spring has arrived and i have yet to find a decent amount of these fruits. I was wondering if any of you who live near the gulf that has had any luck so far. I live near mobile AL, and i would appreciate any help on this matter.

I live near Pensacola. The field I know of is half way between here and Mobile. I'll let you know after the next time I check it.

'preciate it Vertigo, its a bit chilly now due to that cold front that just recently moved in.. id prolly give it another 3-4 weeks to get a decent harvest. but get back in touch w/ me if you find some....

There ain't shit out in the area u 2 r talkin' 'bout.My friend has been checkin' lots of fields in that area.

well i wouldnt say there aint shit out there, me and a friend found JUST enough for us to have like a level 2 trip... but we had to go through about 7 cow fields just to find that many, so yeah, you prolly right... we might be jumping the gun just a bit...

im about halfway between mobile and pensacola....i havent got even gone hunting this year but i know some fileds that will producing mucho shroomage in the weeks to come

I live just north of Tallahassee, FL in Georgia.
Just checked a field close to my house today and hit paydirt. It has been raining for a week it seems and it was cold like winter today, but there they were growing just as happy as can be. It's still probably toearly to find much. I was just lucky. I love being lucky.

I live right outside of houston and last week i went searchin and after about 10 minutes i already had about 7 or so.......Im gonna head on back out there to see if any more ladies are growing.

i always like the idea of picking 2 or 3 and spreading some spores around, then come back the next day and find 6 or 8, and it just keeps growing after that

What the f........they spread enough just being open in the field.R u saying those spores that u r spreading grow over night or in a week?............That's it u r cut off. :grin:

HEy Grimble Grumble, it takes six weeks of decomposing manure for the spores to germinate and fruit. Who told you that story that you could drop spores and come back in a day or so for more. The ones growing are the ones which came up witht he flush.

I just found these yesterday. All bruisd blue, had purple-brown veil, and spore print. There are two that were old looking.


Well I don't think you'll get to see the pictures of these . I couldn't get the links to work so I got fed up and deleted them.
