All homemade.
Breakfast of kings. Anyone else here a big fan of breakfast??? Gotta love it.
I calculated that this breakfast brings in all the fat, proteins and most of the carbs needed for the day.
All im missing is more carbs and veggies for lunch/dinner.
I'm totally addicted to this breakfast. Just too good.

MMmmmmmm I love breakfast food. I like where your head's at.
And I was actually prepared to cook a meal similar to that but now it's supposed to rain the next 5 days so I've gotta go cut the grass before it starts
I was going to do 3 eggs OE, bacon, wheat toast w/strawberry jelly, coffee and OJ

Lol wtf; so you're eating all the food you *should* eat in a day as your first meal?
I usually don't eat breakfast. If I do it's either a piece of fruit (orange, apple) or a bowl of oatmeal. Maybe a couple slices of toast and a bit of jam.
I'm also a fan of a nice big hot cup of green tea or chai (no milk thx) for breakfast.

Yep, thats how everybody should eat
Eat a kings breakfast, Eat a peasants lunch, Eat a hobbos diner.
The closer you are to going to sleep the lesser you should eat. Less stress on the digestive system. Also, Mass protein in the morning will give you all the energy you need to keep going the rest of the day.

Early morning breakfast makes me feel like not doing shit the whole rest of the day.
I'm a fan of the Warrior's Diet. I find it's increased my strength, energy levels and my ability to focus and be aware during the day.
Overeating is like masturbating.
Cut that shit out.

For breakfast I had bagels with butter and OJ. Going to a first communion party later for my little cousin, I'm not into that religion though, so I'll just be showing up to the after party anyway.

i like to smash a huge bowl of cereal in the morning after my wake and bake. usually i throw together about three or four different cereals together in a huge bowl. have to use some base cereals like cheerios or honey nut cheerios or crispix, then the sweeter stuff like cap'n crunch berries and cinna toast crunch. add some berries and bananas and i am good. oh and freshly ground coffee - black.

Interesting.
What food do you eat and at what time?
Morning is either nothing or what I stated in this post
Afternoon is usually nothing but I start getting hungry around this time. Being hungry, for me, depends a lot on what I'm doing. If I'm busy and doing something that requires me to be out and about I pretty much won't eat until dinner, if I'm at home I'll usually have something to eat; probably more fruit, maybe some yogurt, maybe a bowl of soup (Water-based, cream based, doesn't matter.) with some crackers, maybe a PBJ with some water, depends on what's available and how I'm feeling. Always something light-medium though, 300-750ish calories.
Recently I've been eating a *lot* of eggs. I really like them. Very voluminous, especially when mixed with vegetables that just plain go well with eggs like tomatoes, onions, peppers and mushrooms. Lots of volume, lots of nutrition (vitamins) but relatively few calories. At dinner I try to drink at least a half glass of milk.
Eggs also go very well with starchy foods like potatoes, bread, tortillas, rice, etc.
Eggs also go *REALLY* well with spicy sauces. They've become a real favorite of mine. I usually go the scrambled egg route. I'll prolly have 4 eggs, a bunch of vegetables and some bread/tortillas and then I can't really eat much more.
One note:
PBJ is extremely dense. I find that it doesn't fill me up very much but contains a shitton of calories and to be honest only a barely respectable amount of nutrition. Too much fat inherent in peanut butter. PBJ also works well as ABJ with Almond Butter but it's a bit more expensive. Great food if you're trying to survive but terrible if you're trying to get cut.
I'm a pescetarian. I do live by the sea (ocean) and fish is relatively affordable (6-7ish dollars a pound) but you can feed yourself more cheaply by purchasing other foods so I only eat a few pounds of fish a month, definitely much less than I should be (I'd ideally like to eat fish something like 5 nights a week but that would be insanely expensive, something like $50 a week solely on fish)
