ok...so some of my little guys have popped up (m-j)
and i turned on my light (it's a big light...that has these reflector on it, looks like a satlite, with a huge bulb)

but i don't want to run up my parents hydro too much, they know i'm gorwing, but will it be ok if i only keep it on durring the day, and turn it off at night?

i'm going to try and get some pic's up of them...hopefully

alright what kinda light is first? i mean specificly not just a big one with a reflector is it a HPS or MH? if its halogen you need to get a new one as all you will grow with is plants that streatch for light then die:( so what you want is a HPS(best all around) or MH(good for vegging not to great on the budz).

second you want to put the lights on for at least 16hrs a day when you veg them out then reduce it to 12/12 for the flowering period. i suggest you go to www.overgrow.org and read some of their faqs. they have a wealth of knowlege there. peace

p.s. weed is really easy to grow surprisingly it grows like a weed...hehe. anyways the lighting is the most important thing in growing weed everything else is simple:)
