Mycelium tea?

I remember reading somewhere about using the old pf cakes to make a tea that extracts the psilocybin and fucks you up, anyone know where the directions are for it? if it works? my python wants to know

I have never tried this, but most of what I have read indicates that the results are nothing spectacular.

I can not wait for the mushrooms to form, or they wont form but the mycelium is clearly visable can i still use the cake?

YES! heres how,

You can extract the psycilobin (magic mushroom active ingrediant) from the mycelium. A very good method is using acids such as vinegar or i like the idea of lemon juice from extract. if you like you can add Vitamin C crystals to strengthan the acid. Soak the mycelium then filter (using coffee filter, or panty hose to get the big chunks then coffee filter for the little ones) You can just drink the lemon juice as lemonade for a nice psychoactive drink. Or you can make more potent mixture by adding bits of baking soda to the liquid until you see a white powdered precipitating out and settling to the bottom.
Seperate the liquid from the white powder and you have pure psilocybin.

I made a tea with 4 spent cakes, all were half pint size. The result was a high level two trip, pretty interesting. But the tea tasted pretty bad (all that verm?). You can make it just like shroom tea only chop up the cakes and put in more water to accomodate. And please mix with something if you want, it does taste very unpleasant.
