In my experience working at restaurants, no.  They want you to be somewhat self-sufficient and have your own sense of leadership because the manager has other things to do.  paperwork and such.


I had a typo. I mean does the manager want to be harassed. When I answered the question for the guy I was trying to say I would try to sort it out without the managers help and only get the manager if it couldn't be fixed another way.

i think there is some term for this type of situation.. you think you are safer in a crowd but often times are less safe. everyone else thinks that another person will help so no one helps.

I'd have had a couple of fatties by the scruff of the neck before the white chick's wig came off, had I been the manager the first thing I'd have told them when it started becoming a disruption was to get out or I'd be calling the cops, failure to heed it immediately would have had the cops called, if it continued I'd have grabbed me a fist full if Jheri curl and dragged them out the door... inflict enough pain on at least one to draw their attention away from the chick they're beating

That's what I was thinking.  I'd have probably walked out on the floor and dragged one out and done some boxing throws (not your standard punches).  Who cares if the person's a transgender?  They're still human and they aren't doing anything to you.  Fat ugly bitches are mad that a tranny is hotter than them is what it's all about.
