i'd give it a shot one day and see how it goes. honestly, your speed dose is low enough that you don't really have to worry about combining uppers and downers. maybe ask your doc about the safety though if you plan to do this for an extended period.

if I take a .05 Xanax with a 10 mg Adderall before I head off to my morning classes will it help my axiety, will my adderall still work?

if adderall isn't what makes you anxious, and xanax tends to help with your anxiety, then i don't see why it wouldn't



adderall will still work, xanax will still work, infact both will be working at once


so an upper and downer at once. it'll be a little different from what you're used to but at those doses, you'll be fine.
