She just left thirty minutes ago. We had a great evening, a whole lot of cuddling. Totally didn't expect to get laid, but I did. Now it's time to shower and get to bed for work in the morning.

This means that the pipe wasn't illegal drug paraphernalia. Could I use that as a reason to get the case dropped on the basis that I had nothing technically illegal to begin with?

What's funny is I had two pipes coated with resin, but they must have tested them for crack and meth, and when they came up negative they assumed I was freebasing jwh in those pipes. I only received one count of felony possession, and that was for Hydrocodone and Klonopin, so they didn't know I had anything else apparently. All of that was inside a lock box which they had to get a warrant for, so technically the only thing leading to my initial arrest was one, standard glass pipe coated with jwh and spice (K2, ect...) resin. I had 073 and 018, which are banned in my state, so I'm not sure if I can be charged with those as if I had marijuana. I know they couldn't charge me with a felony for jwh, and they didn't charge me with possession of the jwh.
