It gets pretty intense when they take on the Elephant and Hippos. These guys are primal beyond anything that I've experienced. People over here complain if it's too humid and the air conditioner is broken... meanwhile these guys are running around the wilderness with sharp sticks trying to kill monsters so they can survive. People are funny.

tbh i found the buffalo that was still standing and trying to fight after 5+ spears were sticking in his side a hell of alot more amazing than what the tribesmen did.

Man that shit was rough.  Hippo got the business.  he looked like a reverse porcupine in like the second to last scene.

Seemed like the hippo took more shots than the elephant.

Thats humanity at its purest right there, The thrill of the kill hunting for survival. We completely lost touch with that aspect of our past we've become a bunch of soft spoiled brats In comparison. It must feel Bad ass as fuck to take down a animal with nothing more then a spear to know you can manage to live on your own with nothing but the land and your head.

that is some super intense shit, I feel for the animals man.  Getting speared to death would be a pretty fucked up way to go out.  Survival of the fittest though, the bushmen are probably only one step above the hippo on the intelligence level which makes the means of death for the hippo all the more fucked.

This is fucked up but I laughed at multiple points.

I think domestication might be preferable to this.  Slaughtering animals can be done with the animal's ignorance up until the final second if you do it appropriately, say on a small scale.

I wonder if I could decapitate a pig in a single blow with a large axe?  Probably so now that I think of it.

A guillotine would work well too.

I don't really see why its fucked up really they're just huntin' for their food in the only way they've known how for the last 10k years (but at the same time... are they wearing modern t-shirts and shorts?:lol:)
Not really any worse for the animal than being torn down by a pack of hyenas or lions.

It's kinda weird how they skipped the guy and how when he got the joint he gets up walks away and sits down.

just got around to watching the hunting vid. their was a comment on there that really struck home with me.


everyones hating but.. this is humanity at its purest..these Africans are enjoying the aspect of humanity that has been lost in civilized countries.It must.. feel ecstatic and orgasmic to hunt down your own food and taste it..this is life and death shit here

i want to reembrace this practice.

I food hunt, but IMO it's all about killing the animal as humanely as possible.

Running around living a natural life until you get blasted at the last second > living in a cell from day one.

Then again, I'm sure if those heads had a faster and more reliable means of offing the critters, they'd go for it.
