So I hear a knock on my door and my brother sayin "hey check it out gizmo's on crack!". My dog gizmo is a chiuaua(sp?). This mutherfuckers eyes are huge and solid black. He cant sit still and is constantly moving his head back and forth. He acts real real scared. He went outside for a minute and by that time he was messed up. He wouldent come inside and was pacing the porch. He then wouldent eat or drink. He is pissin like 2 drops at a time on whatever he is sitting on. He couldent got into anything of myne. What does a dog on hallucinagens look like??

Sounds like this cat a friend of mine had who got into some chemicals or pesticides or something. Get him to the vet asap!

wow dude thats a big dog, i would soooo not be anywhere near a pit bull on drugs thats just stupid, that thing is a killing machine. i love american pit bull terriers, i think they are a great breed of dog that get bad media attention, but that things on drugs, no way id friggin be within a mile of it

Where did he say anything about a pit bull? Maybe I'm missing something but I think he said it's a chihuahua, which is a very small dog. I couldn't help but laugh when I pictured a chihuaua freaking out on drugs. But seriously, I hope Gizmo is all right. Give him my regards.

Did you have any shrooms around the house the dog could of got at? Or any other drugs around the house the dog could of ate? Cuz it's possible it's tripping but it's also possible something is seriously wrong with it...

i had a friend that drank a bottle of vicks 44 and thru it back up outside her house. the dog went outside and started to lick the vomit and started trippin on dxm it was hilarious until like the 2nd day when it was still tripping..

Yeah I had a kitten that drank some of my puke one time when I got really drunk. Unfortunately at the time I had no money, so I did not take her to the vet. That cat was never right after that incident. Actually she was fucking crazy as hell. She ended up running away not too long after all that. I felt like the worst parent on earth but at the same time I was relieved that she wouldn't be around to attack me in the middle of the night. Go to the vet maybe they can figure out what your dog got into and pump his stomach or something. I guess they do that to dogs. Good luck Gizmo!

Again this is disgusting.
You should go back a year or so in the search enjines on threads about this subject. Read about the dude who fed his Afhghan dog several hits of windowpane acid. THE DOG BEGAN TO BARK AND BARK, chewing at the legs of the table as if they were giants waklking towards him. IT DREW HIS MASTER INTO A BAD PLACE AND THE GUY BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF HIS DOG AND THEN THROUGH IT OUT A WINDOW INTO ON COMING TRAFFIC AND MANGLED IT. HE WENT TO JAIL FOR THAT.
oR MY FRINED WHO FED LIONS ACID IN THE ZOO AND THEN ONE FELL INTO THE CAGEE. THE LION ATE HIM SO HE WENT HOME AND GOT A SHOTGUN, CABE BACK AND KILLED ALL OF THE LIONS AT THE ZOO IN PORTLAND. You can probably find this whole news incident somewhere on the web. Not sure but the Portland papers have the case archived in their microfische files.

WEll I was just responding to a post in another site about this cruel idea of giveing ones pets psychedelic drugs.
And as usual I say that is Bullshit to do so.
I noticed that many people seem to attempt to justify their giving their pets drugs by the fact that science uses laboratory mice, rabbits, dogs and cats, etc by giving them drugs to conduct their research and studies.
Okay, how the fuck many of you are doctors.
Get a life.
Okay, thats one thing but those people are doctors with mission, a goal, and a purpose behind their research. They are not giving drugs to their pets to watch their cats and hamsters, etc, fall over in a confused state of being just for the fun of it. To try to justify this by saying that doctors do it all of the time is no excuse for animal cruelty.
People have been prosecuted with jail time for actually doing this, thinking it was cute.
ANd then again, I really dounbt if anyone who responded to this thread is a doctor, qualified to get his pet high. Someone who feels or actually thinks that their animals actually enjoyed the drugs and using that as an excuse to do so is even sicker. Saying doctors do it all of the time is lame and is not a justification for doing so.

AS for vomiting, I doubt that the drugs could affect the behaviour of the cat since psilocybine is out of the system very fast and one would have to consume all of the vomit, and if the shit is already in effect in your system I doubt that that would affect the animals behavoir.
ITs true you can dirink amanita urine and get high but that is not the same as vomit.
Its why they do not pump peoples stomachs who have eaten psilocybine shrooms becasue once the effects commence, pumping out the stoach has no effect in stopping the visuals and effects of the drugs.

Three collefge students got a large grant to haze squitrrels to get their reactions to their relationship with humans whop might abuse them. They actually got a few hundred thousand dollars in research monies.

vomit contained alcohol, dude, not psilocybin. try actually reading the posts before flying off the handle. i was there. she puked in a bucket and we set it out on the balcony. we were both drunk as fuck. at some point i let the cat out to take a shit/whizz and apparently the cat flipped the bucket and drank it up. she got drunk as hell. my bastard roomate thought it would be funny to keep feeding this cat catnip so she stayed fucked up for 3 or 4 days. she was crazy after that. chill out, man.

Oh I agree MJ. My dogs scared shitless and I would never give any of them any type of drug. The closest ive ever gott to giving a dog drugs is my dog ate some cannabiss stems (no thc) so I fed him a little bag of them. He dident get messed up at all. There was nothing that I know of that gizmo could have ate. Its been 20 hours and he hasent ate ,slept,or drank anything. He cant even focus long enough to eat it. The vet said that if he ate somthing that would have killed him he would be dead. I was thinking it may be shock. I dont know but that fuckers eyes are still huge as hell and he still bobs his head around. He will go to walk in a direction and look back and forth for like a minute and finally walk there. He keeps pacing back and forth. Im trying to force feed him cheez wiz and make him drink water so he wont dehydrate. Is there anything that grows in the south that he could have eaten and tripped???)(is been freezing for a month). I was thinking datura but its too cold. HELP!!

WEll com oing out of the Haight-Ashbury the word 'trippin' usually refers to someone on a psychdelic drug, not alcohol. The only 'trippin' on alcohol I have seen is ignorant drunk kids falling over the steps and puking on their selves thinking, "hey dude, that was fuckin cool." Or in their car with drunk friends who drive them home and they puke then trip when they try to get out of the car.

Calm down Mj, damn.
For one, he has no idea what happened to his dog.
Second off, while I do not say you should give your dog/cats drugs, there is a reason cats LOVE catnip, and even datura!
I don't think that feeding your dogs/cats or whatever shrooms or acid is ok, but I always blow an animal a hit of pot if they want it.
I have 2 cats, I have gotten both high, one loves it, and litterally ASKS me to get her high. The other one didn't like it, so I no longer get her high.
my evidence for this (1) she never runs away when getting high
(2) when I come home smeling like pot, she will NOT leave me alone until I get her high.
(3) When I am smoking inside, she ussally jumps on my lap, until I blow a hit her way, then she ussally sits there for a bit longer, then gets something to eat then plays around for a bit, then goes to bed
She ussally walks away slowly (not running) after one or 2 hits, When my other cat (who dosent like pot) got high, she ran away, so like I said, if she dosen't want to get high she dosent have to.

Just a suggestion, it might help resolve some confusion if you pay attention to who your replying to. Rather than get all worked up over stuff so quickly stay calm and pay attention to what you are reading. I never said that my cat was tripping when she was drunk.

HEll mutherfuckin yea. I brought that trippin fool a big bowl of cold ass water. That son of a bitch lapped it down in like 2 seconds. I think he has an ear infection as paranormal has pointed out to me. Same symptoms as the ear infection."Looks like she ate some cubes out the cow pasture" "Trippin Balls" . Same symptoms. The dog never recovered. Hope mine does he's at the vet Tomorrow mornin
