Its true but some countries get in battle with each other.  For example when it comes to our defense equipment i don't have a problem with military keeping tht secret.  We gotta keep some secrets, if we didn't Al Quaida may just kill us all.  It's stupid but there really are some crazy ass terrorists that would like to kill anyone that doesn't follow their beliefs.

I'm not very familiar with wikileaks but from what little I've seen and heard I think that they're misinformation media spreading propaganda. The hype alone is enough to make me question its validity.

True, some miliatary weapons should be kept secret. But its obviously imballanced all the classfied BULLSHIT is outthere.

You guys really believe that Wikileaks is a good thing? Sounds just like any other "revolutionary" movement out there to get power, hidden behind some powerful ideals. If this movement succeeds and somehow change things, in 20 years there's gonna be guys fighting their doctrine.

Seriously, what do you have to gain from the world knowing the most important strategical objectives around the world for the US? Or what concern is it to anybody what diplomats talk about and what they say about each other? That would be like me coming and recording all your conversations all day and then releasing them on the net for all your friends to see, and don't tell me there aren't parts there you would like to keep a secret.

The way I see it now Wikileaks are very close to being terrorists, if indeed this whole thing is for real and Assange has the potential to be one of the biggest mass-murderers in history, right next to Hitler and Stalin. Nobody has anything to gain from tense diplomatic relationships, the way you save lives is trough international cooperation and inter-dependency.

It is funny to think though that all those people supporting Wikileaks as a good cause will probably be the first ones to die if shit hits the fan big time, imagine food shortages and wars and you not staying angrily rocking in the cradle of capitalism trying to bite the hand that feeds you.
