The only answer I can see to this starts with a question: What's your drugs?  I mean, as a method to help people raise their emotional intelligence, it's just another path to the same mountain IMHO.  EFT, CBT, DBT, EST Lobotomy etc etc, including Religion, well, no scratch that!  I think you get what I'm saying - easing mental health related illness.

As a scientific model I don't know if it's peer reviewed (I haven't bothered with it - my focus is on personality; rather restricted) or if it's part of accepted treatment, though I've heard of it before.. What do you mean by "try it on others"?

By try it on others i mean that it is a very easy tek to learn and apply. i linked the educational course torrent.

it's a therapy tek based on energy meridians used in acupuncture for thousands of years. it was designed to cut therapy times.

i've heard of it working with:
addiction
trauma(PTSD, rape)
performance enhancement
