easy/cheap portfolio website?

Hey, I was thinking of making a website with a portfolio of both still and video.

I've seen plenty of www.personsname.com sites, with just a simple layout and a bio and contact me sections.
Anyone know of a cheap and easy way of putting up a similar site? I'm hoping it will help in a job hunt but at the same time I feel it could seem like a douche move
