At least I don't smell like curry

When making pizza recently I spread a layer of thick jalapeno hot sauce instead of tomato sauce. The fact my lengthy toilet visits are always accompanied by a painful burning sensation never surprises me anymore in the least. Whenever I eat food away from home, I start wondering if they have any hot sauce in the back. I pretty much have an addiction for it, or conversely, I was definitely a black man in a former life.

Capsaicin has health benefits, including helping thermogenesis, otherwise I would worry.

i'm not really one for hot sauce unless it adds a shitton of flavouring with the spiciness.

the best hot sauce/dip i've ever had was homemade, made by a hipster couple from homegrown jalapeno's.

you'd take a bit of whatever the sauce was on, and your mouth would just be assaulted by delicious flavour. then the spiciness would hit and overpower any other sensation :lol:

also, although i've received some domestic flack for this, i love to eat capsicum with pepper, just like apples.

Hot sauce is the shit.

My favorite is Tabasco, which doesn't seem to be a popular belief.

Still they've been around for a long time, and that's not for no reason.

People's first response on top of the pain complaint is that it ruins the taste of the food or is too dominating.

I disagree, but if things get too heated I just alternate bites or take a little hiatus from shaking that sexy bottle just to mix it up a bit.

It's like changing positions for the wifey, under the obvious assumption that doggie style is still the best.

i dont know if ive just gotten used to really hot food but Tabasco is really mild for me. i use habanero sauce pretty often.

trader joes has this one mustard that is like a bolt of electricity up your brain stem. fuckin awesome man. i use it on sammiches all the time.

Tabasco sauce is pretty mild. It's not the only hot sauce I use.

It's just the one I use the most.

To me it has the best overall taste. The best chili flavor. To me that's more important than hotness.

I have a weakness for Tabasco sauce and jalapenos, I'll put both on eggs or burritos mostly, but I'm always looking for new foods to put it on. Chili for example is awesome-tier with Tabasco, jalapenos, and cheese. I can hardly keep both ingredients in stock. I don't even mind if it's so hot it makes me sweat, it's just dayum good stuff. :thumbup:
