We get that you aren't a fan, but you've yet to engage the issues.  When you can't support your political positions, but you just know they're right, just ignore your inability to defend them and talk about nonissues everyone agrees on- strawmanning and poisoning the well seem to be all I encounter in terms of argument against the tea party movement's goals

Now, that was different.  These guys are racist rednecks- those Obama supporters just get carried away in their exuberance for such reasoned positions as 'CHANGE' and 'YES WE CAN', good people though.

After all they supported his great platform of... . oh wait, he lied about everything, just as he did during the campaign where he cast his senatorial votes against pretty much every contentious issue he took a stand on- selling out to the highest bidder.  Now that he alone is the big cheese, it doesn't seem all that political clout he bought at the expense of his credulity and his supporter's threshold for cognitive dissonance can do much to help him.  Hard to blame all your failings on the system or the other senators when you're in charge.

Funny how you not once mentioned that this person bum rushed the vehicle with an 'award'.  Granted the guy shouldn't have done that.  But did you not hear the people calling for the police or an individual saying, "come on don't do that"?  The left's desperation is so pathetic, and they act like a bunch of fucking children.

I have been to teaparties and related events.  This is not the sort of thing that I see there.

Many of the males at said events would gladly put their lives on the line to protect women.

I surmise that they are also more capable at protecting people than the general population.

Do you think that the present size of government is sustainable for the economy?

Do you think that perhaps less government would mean more freedom (especially for those who take psychedelic drugs)?

Can you tell me which presidential candidate from 2008 was all for ending the war on drugs?

(He said that he would end the D.E.A....)

That's where your blind spot is.

Why can't individual states decide what they want to do with abortion?  If people don't like it they can vote either way or move to another state.

The media loves to polarize the public over stupid divisive non issues.  People will never agree over abortion.  Make it a decision for individual states and the problem is as fixed as it can be.


Ron Paul wants to end the D.E.A., the department of Education, and the I.R.S.

Do you think that they aren't serious about personal liberty?

Yeah, sure. They're very concerned about women. That's why they're voting for Rand "Forced childbirth for rape victims" Paul.

You know what's even more shocking than the curbstomp? That nobody kicked that dude's ass, called the police, or anything. One guy said "Whoa, whoa."

That's it. The County Coordinator curb-stomped a woman in the middle of a huge crowd of Rand Paul supporters, and not one person told the police his name. He was only identified today, by a Kentucky political blog.

Interesting. I guess they're drinking the kind of "tea" that impacts your short-term memory. :rolleyes:
