well ive heard good things from envix and decypher about nutmeg and am curious to try it. however I don't wanna fuck up my liver is there a way to extract the psychoactive ingredient?

The psychoactive compound, myristicin, is the toxic substance. An extraction would take away the awful taste, though; just eating the shit is half of what makes it horrible, IMO.
