This could be the birth of the latest conspiracy theory. :awesome: I'll chime in to get this ball rolling. Clearly Google is being used by the New World Order to collect the most personal of information about everyone...on Earth. Google was caught war-driving for personal information... still how is it a big deal?

What's so threatening about a collection of information?
I fail to see how anyone has anything to lose whereas I see great potential for what we have to gain.

Do you think Google is going to somehow steal your identities?

Yeah... because not using the internet is totally gonna prevent the government (who you regularly send your "sensitive" information too) from transmitting it across the internet.
Even if it's not transmitted across the internet, it's not like the USPS is "secure."

You can actually refuse listing in the phone book so I don't see your point.

The Internet isn't the problem, the internet version of One World Government (Google) is. Decentralization is the power of the Internet, decentralization and freedom. Google is out to sanitize the web and turn it into an impotent, shallow pay per view web where they rule supreme and uncontested.

We can avoid Microsoft. It's becoming harder and soon impossible to avoid Google. And once they have the power, they start banning people, organizations and ways of thinking off the Internet.
