Something tells me you don't have much experience with law enforcement.

That guy is right, cops can basically do anything they want to. For example;

One day I was walking home with my brother and a friend. My friend got a phonecall and he had to go somewheres so I give him a hand shake and we part ways. Five seconds later an undercover pulls up and steps outside of his vehicle "HEY FELLAS WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" Nothing sir, going home. "Oh, I see. What's that smell? I smell marijuana." No sir, that's a cigarette I don't smoke marijuana. "Yeah, whatever buddy. I'm going to search you." I don't consent to a search. "It doesn't matter" *Searches my friend, my brother and I.*

Luckily, I threw the two bags I had in someones garden and retrieved them later.

haha educate myself really? I took 2 years law & criminal justice.. Ontop of having 2 of my uncles in law inforcement 1 in Travis county another in williamson. And my cousin who just turned 21 and is in the process of becoming a cop.

If a cop just says that he thinks your under the influence then he can rip your car to shreds.. It's the young cops that do it.. Older cops have already been threw it all and could care less.
