That happened about 3 miles from my house.  My co-worker had to call her mom and tell her to stay inside because she lived about 2 doors down :smile:

I'm glad i live in a state ,TX, that when someone breaks on you can blast them away :smile: but you cant shoot them in the back because then you will get into trouble

well  if they are running away from you (with nothing of yours) to try and escape then you cant shoot them because they were leaving. I dont know how they would treat it if they had your stuff.

It's really case by case.  Some old guy shot a kid in the back jumping over his fence, away from the house, and shot/killed him.  He wasn't convicted.

hmmm........ yea i guess it just depends on your situation. TX flip flops on alot of its punishments and how they take care of crimes... too many loops holes and what not, but i guess every state has something like this corruption
