I've actually changed my vote to chop too. I thought you had the megga dreads down past the shoulders and that.

I met this dude when I was doing my motorbike licence course who had the whole front, sides, and lower part of his head completely bald, and then like the upper sort of back part of his head was a wad of dreads down past his shoulder blades, with one dread tying them all into a bundle. It looked sick man! He looked like a monk or something. I spoke to him a bit as well he said he was a festival DJ in the Psy scene who mashes up death metal and psy trance. fair cool.

2.) traction alopecia, between my dreads the hair is starting to thin out and not grow anymore

my vote is cut them too short hair would suit you better imo but if you do grow the chin out chinstrap maybe there are so many different things you could do !

and trekie is right we live in a world created by the man,,, as much as it sucks to conform its pretty necessary in being successful :shrug:

Stop being a total hater, the dude looks good with them and is confident, he isn't being cocky.  Whats wrong with having casual sex?  It doesn't mean you are tricking anyone, there are plenty of females that just want sex especially hippie chicks.  I wouldn't cut dreads if I were you, they look good.  Hair takes too long to grow out, rock it while you can.  You'd probably get just as much poon if you had short hair though, but not from hippie chicks.

Dude, cut them. Youve got a cute face just cut them damn things off and grow your hair semi long, i think it would look good if not better than the dreads :shrug:
If you werent experiencing the alopecia i would say keep em but is it really worth it?

Being as though I know quite a lot of dread heads and normally I would say keep them because you will regret it, my opinion, cut them shits off! Either remove them or re-twist them, something, because they aren't looking so pleasant dear.

A guy I know has alopaecia so he shaved his head a while back. Now,his hairs starting to grow back,slowly but surely.
