ouch...i saw sts9 in august...such a disappointing show, they completely sucked, ill never go to one of their shows again

i love listening to sts9 around the house when im feeling in a chill mood, but the live shows i've seen have all been:

I disagree, I used to really like STS9 and now I think they aren't all that good. There are a lot better jam bands than STS9, and they don't even seem to try anymore. They are way to repetitive to ever stay a relative EDM band IMO, and they aren't even a jam band anymore.

STS9 holds a special place in my heart.

I've been in love with them ever since I heard the song 'by the morning sun' while on acid. I put the song on repeat and walked through the woods for the rest of the trip, one of the most beautiful trips I've had.

And when I heard them play 'luma daylight' live in Chicago I burst into uncontrollable euphoria! I don't think I've ever felt that happy in my entire life.

No other music brightens up my day like sts9.

There is other music that makes me want to Dance more, and other bands that jam out better. But no other music can make me happy like some good ole sound tribe.

Nah, that was 2008. They still sounded really good though.

I hear ya, I still like there music, I just wouldn't see them live again unless they are playing a festie that I'm at. I'm just not feeling them like I used to. I still think the first time I saw them was one of the best shows I've ever been to, but last time I saw them they sucked.

The thing with STS9 is that they are either on or off. I've seen them twice, once at Nateva which was alright, and again 8/14 in Philly where they were incredible and blew my mind in so many ways. Then I went to the after party where a few STS9 members did their electro-DJ stuff and it was pretty lame.

I've seen them like 6 times, the first time I saw them I really enjoyed the show, the second time they were good, and after that they have just been meh. I listen to there live shit on archive, I'm just not all that impressed with them anymore. I seriously think they just don't put all that much heart into there music.

You haven't seen an acoustic sound tribe show. They put their heart and soul into that music.

I also forgot 1 show on my sts9 list, saw them this June at summerfest in milwaukee too.
