Thinking of buying a new laptop..

So far I've been looking at this, I don't know THAT much about computers, hardware-wise. So I'd like a few opinions. I realize I MAY be getting ripped off a bit but I need to be able to do payments.

QVC probably isn't the way to go.  In order to get the easy installment plan, you need a credit card anyway.

You can get bad ass laptops for like 300 bucks these days

yeah man get a cheap netbook.

i would wait a few weeks though.. Intel announced a new Atom processor the other day which looks really awesome.

not trying to start an AMD vs Intel battle but Intel kicks the shit out of AMD in this area. Its not even debatable.

I can get a solid 10 hours of batter with an Atom. I'd be lucky to get 3 with a Neo. And they are all around the same price so the cost benefit argument is out the window too.

I'm looking for something high performance though, I want it for producing/DJing, gaming, and a lot of multi-tasking.

my sister got the same series laptop with a lot better specs from costco for $800 last month. idk if you can get monthly payments from them, but the one you're looking at is definitely overpriced.
