14 days without smoking bud enough to rid it from your system? Daily use

So to return to this great job I have I need to pass a drug test in 10 days, today is day 4 not smoking. I would have started earlier but I didnt plan on doing it legit. I am looking to pass this test without using the dilution method or cheating it because there is a lot more at risk than a job. If you seriousely don't think this is possible I guess I will have to invest in one of those drinks but I'm looking for some help on how to be 100% shore I pass this.
  Background info: 19 years old, I hit the gym everyday and am in great shape, and run 4 miles every 3 days or so. I have been smoking for the last 4 months daily 2-3 times a day. Last week it was just once a day, then I sold some and finished the bag. Was only mids because I can't be blazed while at this other job I am at. Think 14 days will clear all that up or should I do some other stuff. I do own some at home drug tests but I am unsure as to if these are as accurate as the labs. Thoughts and opinions are welcome, good looks

It could also likely be between day 9-14. Any drinks recommended?

if you don't carry much fat weight then 14 days of running and working out should clean you pretty good

i'd say if you keep working out and drink a lot of water (both now and in prep for the test) you should be okay

It's probably already out of your system...I smoke daily, all day daily and I can get it out of my system in 12 days without trying.

2 days before your test don't exercise and EAT BIG

That means big macs all day

you'll release less metabolites since your body is in "fat storing mode"

I doubt that will work, when you are exercising you are burning fat, which is where the THC is stored. Your body is getting rid of the metabolites through the liver, I believe Jvells said that diluting urine wasn't an option, else this thread probably wouldn't have been made.

The exercise is good(I tend to have a little bit of java before exercising to combat the fatigue while exercising and it keeps me going too), water is also great with exercise. Drink fruit juices as well, such as cranberry juice. I tend to drink green tea while detoxing.

There is a possibility of being tested with the person in the bathroom with you, which was the case for me.

And if you get caught, then what? That's not going to look good, it's going to make it look worse because you are still using and attempting to go around it.

Yeah but he said it was for a job, so as far as I know they can't legally watch him.  He can ask them to wait out side and they will have to.

Yeah probation tests test for everything.

You're either clean or you're not. I'd get a THC test and test yourself OP.

There are some places around here that stay in the same room while you piss, they just can't be looking at your junk while nature calls. I believe that's invasion of privacy.

They are just allowed to watch your movements from behind and I'm sure as hell you won't be relaxed enough to pull it off smoothly with synthetic piss the first time.

There's drug tests at Wal-mart from what I saw online. I wouldn't trust Wal-mart because I'm sure even if you were clean you'd still come up dirty. :ilold:

I'm on a different kind of probation, my officer is real chill and said it kind of like this "I'm going to give you 2 months to get your act together and you will get one test at the end of the two months, but I want you to beat this test legit". I would smoke before work and was tired
throughout the day but I was still productive hence my job wants me back. I kins of needed to organize it you could say. I learned to smoke only after work, drink coffee in the morning and I will keep it this way. My job is watching it because they don't want me if I'm on probation and said I can come back when I'm not. I know my boss outside of work...

You're lucky. Well, I was too because when I was enrolling for the probation, I smoked some 'cocktail hash' out of a bong. I was in there so stoned that it would take me about a minute or so to respond. The guy knew and he just had a look on his face that was like :facepalm:

He gave me a month to get clean and I kept smoking. I tested dirty but he still let me go, even though I was supposed to be on grounds for immediate termination. :shrug:

Take 4 aspirin before the test and it will help you pass.

it really depends, everybody's different (obviously)

bwahah i've gotten clean over night or the test was teh fail. i read the letter they sent my boss and it said negative..

water and niacin.. didn't sleep all night with all the trips to the restroom though..

i just couldn't help it mang, i was just so nervous :frown:..

Alright I really can't do this, it's like my best friend just died..So how do I do this synthetic piss if somebody is watching me? I'm doing the dilution method I think actually. Just going to chug Gatorade all night and pop aspirin and take a multivitamin, I really hope that works....pray for me
