advise me plz

Have a casing that looks like its about to burst with pins but its been outta the incubator since friday and its monday night now i havent seen pins. its room temperature in the rubbermaid bin with lots of humidity its all over the sides and top and bottom. I had it boiling so hot before but i brought down the temps (nothing is exact because i cant afford fancy test gear right now) to begin the fruiting process 3 days in and nothing it just looks like soil with a thin layer of myc right under the top layer you can almost see it.


millet cake placed into a verm bottom and soil top pasteurized for 90 minutes let cool placed the cake to incubate for 5 days noticed myc poking through in areas patched it up and left 1 more day then i put it into the grow chamber gave it 12 hours of light lowered the temp kept humidity high by placing a jar of boiled water in the tub suggestions anyone i have no pics.... plz advise
