Incubation of what ? Cakes , agar plates(germination), bulk subs ....................casing ?
But , yes if a cake or grain in a jar ........ hope you got moisture content correct , it provides humidity in these early stages . Temp is the important factor .

no wrong .%90 is suggested.i experienced it .yes it plays a big role in my oppinion
but be sure about 2 times foil to cover your jars.and in %90 if the water droplets find a way to go in your jars they are absolutely contaminated.that times it takes just 5 days for them to completly colonized but i used just 1 of them because all of them contaminated.till that time i dont worry. as sub said

If you used the correct substrate recipe, the substrate should provide it's own humidity during the incubation stage. I'd only worry about humidity at this point if you live in an extremely dry area.

Even then you are relying on that moisture in the closed jar (exception for gas venting) . Many people misunderstand when humidity of enviro is concern . Not till you birth them into the world , they are in the womb right now .......so to say .

humidity during incubation is not a big factor.....How ever, higher humidity levels will aid in keeping the temperature more even through out the incubator....still not that big of a deal....its usualy not more than 2deg difference in a large unit....
