Using manure instead of cakes??

Hey, I've been growing shrooms for about 6 years using the PF tek and also some cake casings. I'd like to get into using manure and doing a big tray but I cant find too much info on how to prepare the manure. Do you just put some manure and a little straw or hay into one of those special bags and pastuerize it, then add cakes or mycelium to it and let colonize, and then lay it out and case it like normal? I know the colonization, pinning, and fruiting procedures, just not the exact steps to set up a manure casing like this. Any help or links on this one? :confused:

Six years of PF, wow, that's amazing. Now to move on to bigger and better shrooms, this will help you out.
