Successful flirting usually includes a sincere smile, yes.
Act like you are much cutter than you are (this one really works boys!!) - beware, your objective is not to make the girl think you are cutter than you are. YOU need to believe it, if you really work yourself up and convince yourself you are you'll be a lot more confident, there for your encounters will be much less awkward.
Have a few interesting things to say (just don’t talk too much and turn it into a lecture cause you’ll go from interesting to boring faster than you may think)
Try to be funny, but cute subtle funny. If she likes you at all she’ll giggle a little more than she usually would at subtle funny things. Girls don’t like guys who try too hard to be funny and end up resorting to Joke telling, jokes are NOT a part of a good conversation. Funny, witty and non-controversial remarks are usually the way to go, even if they are random.
Let HER talk but compliment/add to what she is talking about here and there. Girls don’t want someone that’ll just sit there and listen (no matter how much you’ve heard otherwise) that’s just simply no fun and you will come across as having no personality if you don’t have your share of things to say too.
If you are in a bar or party setting don’t get discouraged if the girl you are flirting with isn’t interested, this doesn’t necessarily mean you are doing a bad job at flirting. Sometimes girls are genuinely not interested in picking up, or meeting a guy, or even talking at all in these kinda events, sometimes we just happen to be there because there was nothing else to do.
