Erowid is the internets most respectes drug site.

I've noticed that Erowid seems to be a really respected drug place, really respected. Its like, "What Erowid says goes...if EROWID says this then thats the way it is..." I really understand it, because Erowid is really professional, and carry out professional information about drugs. Erowid is the first place I ever read about drugs back when I was 14 years old... and I've continued visiting the place ever since. But what? Are they like the kings of drugs or somethng? Anybody have any thoughts about that?

Can you tell me what the definition of "the king of drugs" is?

Thoughts about what? Erowid puts forth exceptional effort to provide balanced unbiased scientific information from credible scientific sources as well as first hand experience. What is there to think about?

I dont know why more people dont reccomend Lycaeum more often. Erowid lists Lycaeum as one of its primary sources for information in many catigories. Maybe because lycaeum is tough to spell; I screwed up the spelling for years and always had to search engine it. Erowid looks more fancy too.

yea i always thought the lycaeum was a great drug website also (very simmiler to erowid) but it comes down to convience and i can never seem to spell it right :P

because at the end of a lot of articles they have posted are the sources to credible medical journals and credible sources.

good point... I do know a lot of those journals by name though through experience and school, however i doubt anyone could be sure of the articles unless they physically looked them up in a periodical or found the journal copies to see if the information is actually in that specific journal date.

However the information on their site is very accurate, so i'd venture to say they're most likely real articles in those real journal sources.
