How to identify dikaryotic from monokaryotic mycelium

Hi there, I'm growing a few jars and agar plates with P. Cubensis, I can see a circular mass of white fungi growing.

I've reading that a single spore germinates into a hyphae
(monokaryotic mycelium?) and that at least two compatible hyphae must join to form a mycelium (dikaryotic mycelium?) that may form fruits.

How can I tell if that white fungi is dikaryotic or monokaryotic mycelium?

If it's difficult to explain with words, can anyone please post some pictures to see the difference?

Do you mean that if I can see the white mycelium growing, then it's already dikaryotic (fertile) mycelium ?

you'll see them joining and "clamping" (the line up the center) , a scope would be of better use:

Yes. It's harder to grow monokaryons, you need to handle individual spores.

Look at the mycelium with a magnifying glass.  If it's linear as in the picture above, it's dikaryotic mycelium.  Monokaryotic mycelium looks more like mold.  It will have lots of branching and look more like a steel wool pad.

Obviously if you have a microscope, you can count to see if there's two or more nuclei in each cell.  If there's only one nucleus, it's monokaryotic.

What source type was used? If it was an LC and isn’t extremely old, then it should be a di. If it were a plate you could try adding it on a new plate and center between 2 di wedges. Or try putting non-min side and a questionable mon-di side and observe what interactions ensue. Be sure to use compatible/same species. For instance using a pan di and a cube mon wouldn’t be useful in this experiment. The goal would be to assume that same species interaction, doesn’t have to be the same variety or isolation. But shouldn’t be any different at the species level for ease of use and interpretation. Also you can try digging canals between the segments because compatible crossing small canals just like barrage zones will be informative. Look for changes to the myc morphology pre & post (did it look 1 way before and then an interaction occurred and could be seen in the larger unit as a whole like a new ring? Or did the never interact or did 1 seem like it was trying to conquer the other. Also, if you had ropes it was Di. Clouds are more likely to be Mons. There’s plenty just using the naked eye and some agar plates that can be done to make educated guesses or assumptions. If you’re looking for verification while these plates can be highly informative verification typically requires a scope to hunt for exchange of nucleus between hyphae. A quick review of the reproductive lifecycle might be helpful.
