My temperature is around 75-79 degrese and im not sure what my humidity is but all the sides have a good fog on them more than dripping droplets.

THe Palm trees dipped and the seagulls swuerved

They need more frequent air xchange during fruiting stage, temp. sounds good, you say there cased so not as much humidity is needed,about 85% would do it..I'd figure just fan'em more often..

they are getting too much moisture.
that 'brown' is bacteria which live in the water.
quit giving them any water for several days.
