First time contam. need some advice

I think I have a green mold, first time I have ever gotten anything like it, and am wondering if it is or not, and if so what I can do. Hasn't spread very fast, and I use peat to case. any Ideas?

Apply a wet white toilet paper on the aera you show us. Check the color after, and you may have a good clue if the paper has green on it.
Isolate this casing if you can.
Tell us what's the evolution.  :cool:

Well the only thing I could come up with was that the peat started to grow, and the myc fought it off. Am I off the mark?

Doesn't look like a contam to me. Looks more like dried casing material. Keep an eye on it.

Well couple days later now, I let the casing dry out a little and it went away, casing is doing fine now. Thanx to all that helped.

What was there to cut out? There were no contams there that I could see, just mycelium.
