I have 2lbs of cubes and on the bottom of one of my big caps theres this light brown smushy stuff on it....it smells really bad, like the mushroom took a shit or something....i have them in a plastic bag with a moist paper towel.....what is that stuff??is it contam???is it okay to make tea with????HELP

Bacterial blotch.

If you want to keep mushrooms you MUST dry them. You can not leave mushrooms fresh for very long they will rot. Faster you get em dry the more potency is retained IMHO.
